7.2 Obligations of the Participant
The Participant undertakes to treat the event premises with care and to follow the instructions of the Organiser and the event staff.

The Organiser is furthermore liable without limitation for other damages based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by the Organiser, its legal representatives or vicarious agents.

8.3 Liability for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations)

11. Final provisions

11.1 Applicable law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence (Art. 6(2) Rome I Regulation).

11.2 Place of jurisdiction
If the Participant is a merchant within the meaning of the German Commercial Code, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is the registered office of the Organiser (Pfronten). For consumers, the statutory places of jurisdiction apply.

11.3 Severability clause
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, or contain a gap, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The invalid or missing provisions shall be replaced by the respective statutory provisions.

11.4 Written form
Amendments and additions to these terms and conditions must be made in writing. This also applies to the waiver of this written form clause. There are no verbal side agreements.
